Initiate Your Request
Log into your Zeen Go account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the printed return authorization form is included inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
